The Allegiant Large Cap Core Equity Fund seeks capital appreciation by investing in a diversified portfolio of large cap common stocks.  The Fund’s managers employ a philosophy combining disciplined portfolio construction with flexible security selection, blending both value and growth investment styles to create a focused portfolio.  Investing sector neutral to the S&P 500 Index, a large portion of the Fund is invested in companies with market capitalizations mirroring the index, thus offering investors broad equity market exposure.  A combination of fundamental, technical and sentiment factors are focused on when identifying appropriate investments for the Fund.  Consideration is also given to the quality of the management team, industry position, business model and historical growth rates.  The Fund also utilizes an active trading approach.
