Cindy is a senior member of the fixed income team with responsibility for custom strategies and tax-exempt investments. She has over 20 years of investment experience, including positions in insurance company portfolio management, research, and portfolio strategy. Prior to joining Allegiant, she was the corporate bond portfolio manager for Ohio Casualty Group. Cindy joined the firm in 1999. Cindy received a B.S. from Tri-State University and an M.B.A. from Xavier University.

Keith is a member of the fixed income team with responsibility for tax-exempt investments. He has previously held positions in commercial credit and fixed income research. Prior to joining Allegiant, he was a credit analyst with First of America Bank. Keith received a B.A. from Alma College and an M.A. from Western Michigan University.
