Performance quoted represents past performance and does not guarantee future results. Investment return and principal value will fluctuate so that shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost. Current performance may be lower or higher than that shown here.

There is no sales charge for class A and I shares.

The iMoney Net Money Fund Report Averages are unmanaged composites of professionally managed money market investments with similar investment objectives that are not available for direct investment. Unlike a mutual fund, the performance of an index assumes no taxes, transaction costs, management fees or other expenses.

The dividend yield paid by the Allegiant Money Market Funds will vary with the changes in short term interest rates. The value of debt securities within the funds portfolio may be affected by the ability of the issuer to make principal and interest payments. The funds’ focus on investments in securities of issures located in a single state makes the fund susceptible to economic, political and regulatory events that affect that state.

An investment in money market mutual funds is not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other government agency. Although the funds seek to preserve the value of your investment at $1.00 per share, it is possible to lose money by investing in the funds.

For some investors, income may be subject to state and/or local taxes, and certain investors may be subject to the Federal Alternative Minimum Tax (AMT).  As of September 30th, 2008, the Intermediate Tax Exempt Bond Fund does not invest in securities subject to the Alternative Minimum Tax. However, the Fund's managers maintain the option to change the Fund's composition by investing the Fund's assets in such securities.

Net expense ratio includes voluntary expense reimbursements by the Funds' investment advisers that may change or end at any time.  The Pennsylvania Tax Exempt Money Market Fund waived investment advisory fees in the amount of  0.05%.  Without such a fee waiver the performance of the fund would have been lower.  Total returns also reflect a reinvestment of distributions and changes in net asset value.

The 7-day current yield is based on net income during the 7-day period ended 9/30/08.  The 7-day effective yield is based on compounding the 7-day net income.
